Refund and Return Policy

Customer Feedback is important to us. We will always do our best to resolve any issue that you are experiencing with a product and appreciate the opportunity to do so. We request that any issue you experience with a product be reported to regularnancydrew@gmail.com


For Digital Products:

Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.

However, we will consider issuing full or partial refunds for duplicate purchases or if the product is demonstrably misrepresented or non-functional (with proof of the issue). Requests for refunds for products that have been demonstrably misrepresented or non-functional must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.

How to Request:

Contact us at regularnancydrew@gmail.com within the eligible timeframe with your order number, and reason for the request. Requests for refund are responded to within 7 business days. 


Processing:

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Modifications 

This Refund and Return Policy may be amended from time to time in order to adapt to changes in our products, services, and our products/services sales and delivery. When we amend this policy we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Refund and Return Policy. We recommend that our users periodically review this to ensure that they are notified of any updates. If necessary, we may notify users by email of changes to this Refund and Return Policy.
